Great news! All orders are shipped for free. No hidden costs, just your favorite products delivered to your door. 😊
After your order, you will receive the package within 1-2 (working) days. We work together with PostNL and DHL for sending the orders. After your order has been posted, you will receive the tracking number by email.
Please note: During busy periods, such as around the holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend that you place your order in time to avoid disappointment.
We now also ship to Belgium. With the expansion of our shipping area, we are happy to offer our Belgian customers access to our products. We look forward to serving you and sharing our collection with you!
Do you want to return a product within the 30-day reflection period? Then you can easily register a return by clicking here. Enter your order number and e-mail address via the link. You will then receive a return label by e-mail, which you can stick on the package. The package is then ready to be taken to a shipping point. As soon as we have received the product in good condition, you will receive a message and we will refund the purchase amount to your bank account within two working days.
Is the product defective? Please contact us via the website. We will process the warranty and provide further instructions for possibly sending the product.
