Returns Policy

  • Original Condition: Items should be returned in the original packaging if possible.
  • Term: Return requests can be submitted within 14 days of receipt. After approval, you have 7 days to ship the package.
  • Costs: The costs for returning (€7.25) are for the account of the buyer.

How does it work?

  1. To register
    Please report the items you wish to return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Packing
    Pack the products carefully, preferably in the original packaging. Make sure that old shipping labels are removed or covered. After approval, you will receive a return label from us.

  3. To steer
    Return the package to a PostNL location and keep the proof of delivery until your return has been processed.

  4. Refund
    Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount (excluding return costs) will be refunded within 7 working days via the original payment method.

Important points to note

  • Make sure the product is securely packed and sealed to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Handle the product with care. Damage due to inadequate packaging can be recovered from you.
  • If possible, please use the original packaging to return the product.
